Sustainable Development Goals

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a bold commitment to overcome poverty in all forms and dimensions by 2030. Targeting the most vulnerable, boosting access to basic resources and services, and assisting communities affected by war and climate-related disasters are all part of this strategy

The SDGs aim to eradicate all kinds of hunger and malnutrition by 2030, ensuring that all people, particularly children, have year-round access to sufficient and nutritious food

The Sustainable Development Goals aspire to end tuberculosis, malaria, AIDS, and other communicable illnesses epidemics by 2030. The goal is to attain universal health coverage and to ensure that all people have access to safe and cheap medications and vaccines

By 2030, this objective will ensure that all girls and boys have received free elementary and secondary education. It also aspires to equalize access to inexpensive vocational training, erase gender and income gaps, and ensure universal access to high-quality higher education

SDG 5 – to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls – requires providing women with equitable access to economic resources such as land and property. Having widespread access to sexual and reproductive health is also a priority

Ensure that everyone has access to safe and inexpensive drinking water by the year 2030

Investing in renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and thermal will ensure universal access to affordable electricity by 2030

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to provide full and productive employment, as well as decent work, for all women and men by 2030

Sustainable development can be facilitated by promoting sustainable industries and investing in scientific research and innovation

Income inequality is well established, and these expanding discrepancies necessitate the adoption of effective policies to empower the bottom percentile of income earners and promote the economic inclusion of all people, regardless of gender, race, or ethnicity

Securing access to secure and affordable housing, as well as upgrading slum settlements, is essential to making cities safe and sustainable. It also entails investments in public transportation, the creation of green public areas, and participatory and inclusive urban planning and management

Reduce food losses in production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses, by halving global per capita food waste at the retail and consumer levels by 2030

In all countries, increase resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-related threats and natural disasters

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to manage and protect marine and coastal ecosystems from pollution while also addressing the effects of ocean acidification

By 2020, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to maintain and restore the usage of terrestrial ecosystems such as forests, wetlands, drylands, and mountains

The SDGs seek to drastically reduce all kinds of violence, as well as engage with governments and communities to develop long-term solutions to conflict and instability

The goals are to improve North-South and South-South collaboration by assisting national programs to meet all of the goals. Promoting international trade and assisting developing nations in increasing their exports are all part of building a universal, rules-based, and equitable trading system that benefits everyone
